quiet 101
“It is vain to talk of the interest of the community, without understanding what is the interest of the individual” – Jeremy Bentham (Philosopher)
This type of conversation can’t happen in a vacuum; it can’t happen because we are a nonprofit arts organization; it can’t happen just because we want it to. It CAN happen when we are in dialogue with one another.
Intrigued? Come check out quiet 101!
quiet 101 is a monthly conversation about art and social change. At its core, it is a chance for you to learn more about quiet and to see how you can be a part of the quiet community. Come hear more about quiet, get an update on quiet project teams/committees (there are lots of avenues for you to get involved) and participate in discussion about art, social change and personal transformation. Bring your ideas, suggestions, and questions too.
quiet 101 is held every third Saturday of the month from 1-2:30pm at Roy Street Coffee and Tea.
Next quiet 101…
